Requirements
- Deliver high-quality code on time by following coding best practices.
- Willingness to learn and gain expertise in the business domain and technology stack.
- Maintaining a production-first mindset focused on scale, uptime, and the ability to rapidly triage/resolve production issues.
- Simplify and break down complex requirements into manageable deliverables and milestones by developing technical specifications and user stories.
- Contributing to test automation and participating in peer reviews to increase product quality.
- Ensure deliverables meet the functional and non-functional criteria, and drive changes.
