As a Technical Product Owner, you will act as a liaison for the processes and development around our Practice Management product functionality. This is a great opportunity to leverage your practice management and medical billing knowledge to enhance our innovative Practice Management software.

Requirements

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for AI- and automation-driven features
• Translate business needs into functional requirements
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation solutions
• Apply advanced business analysis methods and domain knowledge
• Conduct market, competitive, and user research
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams
• Plan and execute validation testing
• Coordinate alpha/beta programs
• Support release readiness
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned
