Job Description
Modus Create is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead and grow their global engineering capability. The role involves building and scaling a high-performing engineering team, defining technology strategy, and delivering business outcomes. This position focuses on mentoring engineers, improving quality and customer impact, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The position reports to a VP of Product Engineering Services.
Requirements
- 15+ years in software/product development with 7+ in senior engineering leadership
- Proven experience scaling distributed global teams and engineering operations
- Strong pre-sales and delivery experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
