Job Description
Mohawk Industries is seeking a Sustainability Associate for their ASPIRE Program, a 18-24 month rotational leadership development program. The program focuses on providing participants with real-world insights and skills to prepare them for leadership roles in various business units. The role involves rotating through different functional areas, gaining experience in areas like Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and more. This position emphasizes collaboration and impactful work within a fast-paced team.
Requirements
- Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
- Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
- 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Permanent work authorization in the United States
