Residence Counselor- Full Time

Provide supportive counseling to assist in stabilizing adults with mental illness in a group home setting, including crisis prevention and intervention, medication supervision, daily living skills, and socialization skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, college classes in human services preferred
• Demonstrated ability in helping others
• Valid and insurable driver's license
• Experience working with people who have a diagnosis of mental illness or other human service experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to be organized and have good time management skills
