Job Description
MOIA is seeking a Senior People Business Partner (m/f/d) to join the People & Relations team and shape the future of autonomous mobility. This role will focus on providing strategic advice to People Managers within their business unit, leading key projects, and driving compensation and benefits frameworks. MOIA operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, harmonizing People & Organization practices and leveraging the strengths of their organizations.
Requirements
- 16 professionals in People & Relations in Berlin and Hamburg
- Relevant experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role
- Experience with compensation structures and processes in corporate environments
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to meet stakeholders regularly
