Job Description
MOL Group is looking for a Group Performance and Cost Optimization Business Partner to drive performance optimization through deep dives, cost analysis and controlling processes. The role involves working with different business units to identify operational inefficiencies and financial leakages, and developing proposals for corrective actions and process improvements.
Requirements
- University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent
- At least 2-4 years working experience within financial controlling, reporting, business analyst roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365 proficiency
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance
