Job Description
Join MOL Group's Exploration and Production (E&P) leadership team as Head of Group Exploration Excellence. This pivotal role will elevate technical assurance standards, drive exploration capability and excellence, and influence strategic direction of MOL exploration. Reports to Group VP Exploration.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of up to 5 direct reports and ~26 FTEs across key technical domains
- Shape and challenge the Group Exploration Strategy
- Drive technical assurance and capability development
- Own and optimize seismic acquisition and processing operations
- Champion safety and people leadership
- Integrate emerging data science and basin modeling approaches
