Job Description
We're looking for a Medior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work on designing and developing backend services and APIs using Java and MuleSoft, helping us connect systems, streamline operations, and deliver seamless digital experiences.
Requirements
- Design and develop APIs and backend services using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Java.
- Build scalable, secure microservices and integration solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Continuously improve DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure platform compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., Google, Apple).
- Monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and deploy fixes.
- Support teams across 8 countries in leveraging group-level DevOps capabilities.
- Identify gaps in our digital landscape and help design smart, scalable solutions.
- Provide Level 2 technical support and build tools to improve reliability and user experience.
