We are looking for a seasoned procurement professional with a strategic mindset to join MOL-LUB as a Strategic Buyer. The role involves leading high-value procurement activities, planning and executing tender procedures, and managing contract negotiations.

Requirements

• University or College degree (BSc or MSc), preferably in economics, engineering, law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing.
• Solid hands-on experience in contract negotiation and contract management.
• Strong understanding of markets, commodities, and supplier dynamics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Sound commercial awareness and financial mindset.
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise systems (SAP or similar).
• Process-oriented, precise, and collaborative team player.
• Ability to work effectively with multinational stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical, compliance, and data protection standards.
