Director, Clinical Data Acquisition

The Director of Clinical Data Acquisition for Risk Adjustment is responsible for the oversight of all risk adjustment data collection and related projects. This role involves strategic planning for SDAs and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) access, as well as managing training for CDA team members, vendor management, and data completeness. The position requires a strong understanding of Risk Adjustment and RADV processes to drive effective change and program improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in managed healthcare, including at least 4 years in health plan Risk Adjustment or clinical data acquisition/chart retrieval roles
• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical field, Public Health, Healthcare, or equivalent
• Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio (flow chart equivalent).
• Strong knowledge in Risk Adjustment and RADV
• Solid understanding of healthcare quality improvement methodologies
