Job Description
Molina Healthcare is hiring for a Manager of Growth & Community Engagement in southern New Mexico. This role will lead and execute event strategies, manage daily activities, and work with public officials and internal departments. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and community focus. Experience with community engagement is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Must live in Southern New Mexico
- NM State Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years’ experience in business development, community relations, or healthcare related activities
- 3 years Managed-Care, Medicaid experience
- Prior supervisory capacity
- Experience in negotiation, sales or marketing techniques
