Provider Contracts Manager (Value-Based)

Molina is seeking a Provider Contracts Manager to negotiate value-based agreements with providers. This role involves negotiating physician contracts, managing contractual relationships with high-visibility providers, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management and a proactive approach to reducing member access grievances.

Requirements

• Negotiate value-based agreements with providers (integrating preferred, acceptable, discouraged, unacceptable).
• Develop and maintain provider contracts in APTTUS contract management software.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with highly visible providers.
• Evaluate provider network and implement strategic plans.
• Assess contract language for compliance and fee schedule determination.
• Educate internal customers on provider contracts.
• Participate in committee and management team activities.
