Job Description
Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Full Time Assistant Bakery Manager at our Tower location (Twin Peaks) to partner with the Manager in all of the duties in the Bakery Department to achieve the department’s sales and profit goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bakery management
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- Analytical ability and proficiency in math
- Passion and appreciation for Scratch Baking
- Comprehensive Bakery product knowledge
- Clear and effective communicator
- Strong ability to work with others in a team setting
- Enjoys mentoring others
- Strong organizational skills
