Assistant Produce Manager (*SF Bay Area Applicants only)

Mollie Stone's Markets is looking for an Assistant Produce Manager at our Palo Alto location. The perfect candidate will be customer service driven and be flexible working various tasks from day to day.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a produce department
• Previous customer service experience in a retail/grocery setting
• Ability to give excellent and consistent customer service
• A passion for unique, fresh food and a team-centered attitude
• Ability to identify quality or freshness of produce by sight or smell
• Good communicator and motivator; able to work well with others and convey enthusiasm
• Must be self-motivated and solution-oriented
• Can train and inspire a diverse group of Team Members to excellence in all aspects of the department
• Knowledge of and appreciation for natural foods
• Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department including morning, evenings, and weekends
