Join Mollie, a fintech company that makes payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe. We're looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to strengthen our entire compliance framework across multiple European jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of dedicated compliance experience within a regulated financial institution (PSP, EMI, bank, or equivalent)
- Proven generalist profile covering both financial crime (AML/CFT) and regulatory/compliance advisory areas
- Strong understanding of European payments regulation, including PSD2, AMLD, EBA Guidelines, and related frameworks
- Demonstrated people management or mentoring skills, with a genuine ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership teams
