Moloco is a company that builds AI advertising solutions. The Growth Director, Gaming position will work on the China growth team as an account manager for gaming clients, leading project teams and creating campaign proposals to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- 7+ years and above Mobile Advertising experience in Account Management
- Strong ownership mentality and a curious approach to problem solving
- Proven track record negotiating and influencing partner decision makers
- Ability to influence without authority
- Familiarity with big data, MMPs and ad tech
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment
- Analytical skills to decipher campaigns and improve approaches
- Growth-minded to thrive in a startup environment
