VP, Communications

Moloco is seeking a VP of Communications to build and execute a global communications strategy and programs. This role focuses on shaping external narratives, employee engagement, and building a positive organizational culture while leveraging a strong communications leadership framework. Moloco is a leader in machine learning and a cloud computing company focused on performance advertising, and it is currently experiencing rapid growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller, strategist, and communicator.

Requirements

• 12+ years of strategic communications experience
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles as VP of communications or Chief Communications Officer
• SEC filing requirements, material disclosures, and investor communications
• Experience leading internal and external communications functions
• Global communications leadership experience
• Experience with AI fluency and active involvement with AI tools
