We are seeking a Hotel Senior Manager, EMEA to drive strategic sales growth across the EMEA Hotel sector. The role requires developing and executing targeted plans for existing customers, setting and managing ambitious sales targets, and building and nurturing strong relationships with senior decision-makers. The position also involves leading and motivating a team of four to achieve collective sales goals and uphold the brand's premium positioning.
Requirements
- Over 5 years experience in new business development and working in Sales Hospitality
- Experience with a luxury brand selling business to business
- Knowledge of the EMEA luxury hotel and hospitality market
- Manager of teams and great working with people
- Experience managing sales teams; driving sales performance through effective leadership, clear delegation of responsibilities, and alignment with commercial objectives
- Ability to Build and Maintain Cross-functional relationships internally and externally
- Ability to adjust to work processes or procedures, to others, and work effectively and in a positive manner when under pressure.
- Strong Communication skills
