Job Description
Molton Brown is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to lead a full-time team at a Glasgow store. The role involves overseeing sales floor operations, coaching and training, providing product knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer service. The consultant will manage product availability and assist with general store tasks while championing brand values.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail, as well as supervisory capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
