Job Description
Molton Brown is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Belfast Forestside store. The role requires a candidate with strong strategic thinking, customer service skills, and a passion for luxury. The store manager will be responsible for maximizing sales, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Engaging and successful leadership skills
- Proven commercial acumen
