Job Description
Act as if the universe is rigged in your favor, see new responsibilities as opportunities, and enjoy spreading joy. The Application Developer I is responsible for creating, maintaining and supporting tools that improve productivity for stores and Central Store Support (CSS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience and education
- 2+ years' experience in application/software development
- Intermediate level math skills (Algebra to Precalculus)
- Previous experience with coding (specifically Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Standard SQL, Python, Machine Learning frameworks, prompt engineering)
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Mac OS and Windows OS
- Previous experience in Grocery Retail
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands
- Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Interest in company culture and desire to grow in the field
