Job Description
The MOMENI group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead regional construction projects and collaborate with project participants. This role involves project organization, technical coordination, budget management, and bid processing. The manager will need strong leadership, contract knowledge, and an understanding of sustainable building practices.
Requirements
- Studium: Architecture, Building Engineering or Structural Engineering, preferably with a focus on Real Estate
- Experience in a similar position, particularly expanded knowledge in high-rise construction
- Experience in the field of technical due diligence in organizational and process consulting
- Good knowledge of contracts law, VOB/B, AHO and AHOI
- Basic familiarity with contract negotiations and willingness to be assertive
- Economic thinking and behavior
- First experience in implementing ESG strategies
- Team player with good communication skills
