Senior Product Designer (Contract)

We are a true product design group: our designers move fluidly across the entire process—from hands-on research and insight gathering, to framing experience strategies, leading client workshops, crafting UX/UI systems, and embedding AI-driven thinking into product and service ecosystems. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape outcomes at the intersection of business analysis, service design, and digital product experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of applicable product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates both interaction and visual design at a high level of fidelity
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Fluency Across Stages – Skilled in research, synthesis, strategy, and UX/UI delivery
• AI IQ – Strong understanding of AI as both material and method
• Systems Thinking – Ability to design for the whole: ecosystems, organizations, and interactions that span channels and services
• Business Acumen – Skilled at framing trade-offs and linking design decisions to measurable outcomes
• Craft – Proficient in Figma and other design tools
• Collaboration – Comfortable in distributed, multi-time-zone teams
• Attributes – Curious, adaptable, empathetic, critical thinker who can defend design decisions with clarity and conviction
