Developer Relations Engineer

The Monad Foundation is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to grow and support its early community. This role involves creating educational resources, contributing to the Monad ecosystem, translating experiences into actionable feedback, and building high-quality sample applications for developers. The position is remote in Canada or the United States.

Requirements

• 2+ years in developer relations at a web3 company
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Strong portfolio of shipped applications
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and architectural thinking
• Understanding of developer challenges
• Curiosity for new development tools
• Critical assessment of development lifecycle impact
• Communication skills for improving developer experience
• Knowledge of the Monad blockchain
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
