The role focuses on cultivating a thriving community around Monad blockchain, building and growing The Studio as a destination for founders and collaborators. This position requires a strategic approach to attracting and engaging builders, managing program initiatives, and fostering connections within the crypto space.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in crypto
• Deep network in NYC’s web3 and greater tech scene
• Strong relationships with founders and investors
• Ability to organize exceptional events and programs
• Track record of successful campaign management
• Detail-oriented with budget-conscious mindset
