Job Description
The Monad Foundation is looking for a LATAM Head/Lead Institutional BD to establish Monad as the leading blockchain in Latin America, by real usage and institutional adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, corporate development in fintech, payments or crypto
- Fluent in Spanish (native proficiency preferred); Portuguese a plus. Strong English communication skills with the ability to navigate business discussions and build trust across cultures.
- Deep, established relationships with major enterprises, financial institutions, payment companies, and regulators across LATAM
- Exceptional ownership and self-motivation, consistently taking initiative and following through to deliver meaningful outcomes.
