Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Motion Designer to help shape the visual identity of Monad Foundation's video media. The role involves producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that educates and entertains by making complex ideas clear, engaging, and memorable.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci)
- Strong foundation in design principles: typography, layout, color, motion
- Proven ability in storytelling and translating conceptual ideas into compelling visuals
- Familiarity with all stages of the design and production process (ideation → design → animation → presentation → delivery)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
