Job Description
Monarch Casino Resort in Black Hawk is seeking a passionate and experienced Table Games Dual Rate Dealer. The company specializes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with excellent guest expectations and offers a variety of perks and benefits. This position involves accurate and efficient game handling, customer service, and training new team members.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
- Previous dealing experience (at least 1 year) or completion of dealing school
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Strong math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and bend/stoop
