Chile & Costa Rica Accounting Coordinator

The Accounting Coordinator for Caricam will be a key member of our Finance team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance with accounting standards for the Central America and Caribbean region. This role extends beyond mere record-keeping, seeking to challenge the business, identify financial risks, and propose continuous improvements to optimize our processes and guide business figures with integrity and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in SAP system
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
• Desirable knowledge and experience with financial consolidation systems such as HFM
• Familiarity with general tax principles
• Proficiency in digital tools for analysis and process improvement
• English: B1/B2 level (Intermediate) for effective communication in a global environment
