Job Description
This role at a tech company focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems using Playwright (Node.js). The company is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to champion quality across the entire software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems using Playwright (Node.js).
- Champion the use of modern QA platforms (BrowserStack, Applitools, Testim, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and test plans.
- Own and lead end-to-end testing for major product releases.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback cycles.
- Promote test management processes using tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
- Advocate for quality in all SDLC aspects.
- Identify and fill gaps in test coverage.
- BSc in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent
