Job Description
This Senior Scrum Master role will oversee and guide a Scrum team in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating teams, and effectively resolving impediments. The position focuses on improving process and delivering high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Scrum master in complex Enterprise projects & programs
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Successful experience in managing multiple development teams in parallel
- Experience in project management (planning, resource management, risk mitigation, change management)
