Legal Counsel (m/f/x)

Mondu is looking for a lawyer with an innovative mindset to lead the legal guidance on commercial and contractual topics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial contracts and experience working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing strategic guidance and training to the business, negotiating key commercial contracts, and improving tools and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience gained at a leading international law firm or within a fast-paced in-house legal team
• Fully qualified to practice law in Germany (second bar exam or equivalent European qualification)
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1+)
• Relevant experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts
• Experience working closely with product, risk and commercial teams in dynamic, technology-driven settings
