Job Description
Monetize More is seeking a Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business by engaging publishers in the APAC region. This is a commission-only position with the potential for a competitive, fixed-salary role with commission as the primary income source. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting publisher leads into long-term clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, and publisher monetization.
- Proven ability to generate and close leads in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Understanding of the APAC digital publishing landscape and fluency in English (preferably Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic).
