Monetize More is seeking a dynamic Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business within the APAC region. The role is commission-based and offers uncapped earning potential based on performance, transitioning to a competitive fixed salary structure upon meeting sales targets. This position involves lead generation, client engagement, sales conversion, market representation, and collaboration with the account management and technical teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, publisher monetization).
• Proven ability to generate and close leads in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Understanding of the APAC digital publishing landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
