Job Description
Monetize More is seeking a Dynamic Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business in the APAC region. This is a commission-based role offering uncapped earning potential and a transition to a competitive salary structure upon consistent sales performance. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, sales conversion, and market representation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, and publisher monetization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Understanding of the APAC digital publishing landscape.
