Job Description
We are a rapidly growing pan-European digital wealth manager, serving over 167,000 active investors with more than £5.5 billion invested on our platform. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of data infrastructure for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering roles
- BSc or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience in fintech / wealth management
- Deep proficiency in SQL and Python
- Meaningful experience with Airflow and DBT
- Strong experience with Redshift (BigQuery is a plus)
- Experience with AWS and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, also with non technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into well-designed data solutions
- Comfortable working in iterative environments balancing quality and delivery
