Lead Mobile Engineer

MoneyLion is a leader in financial technology powering the next generation of personalized products and content. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mobile Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong expertise in programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, Swift, or Java
• Extensive experience with mobile development frameworks and tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, React Native, or Flutter
• Deep understanding of mobile application architecture patterns, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization techniques
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration of mobile applications with backend services
• Expertise with Functional Programming will be a plus
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex issues in mobile applications
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring mobile engineering teams
• A passion for mobile app development and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-friendly applications
