Requirements
- Proven experience in a commercial or growth role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong executional mindset—comfortable managing multiple projects and driving them to completion
- Commercially curious with a bias for action and experimentation
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience using insights to inform decisions
- Comfortable working across ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
- Commercially astute, with knowledge of trading levers and performance drivers
