Job Description
MongoDB is seeking a Commercial Growth Account Executive to expand its developer data platform, Atlas, into existing customer accounts. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities for Atlas usage within a self-serve environment, understanding the platform, and supporting customers throughout their journey. MongoDB is a leader in AI-powered applications and data platform, valued by global organizations.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of Sales experience
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Dynamic and enthusiastic mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with quota and commission structure
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- High EQ, coachability, intellectual curiosity, and motivation
