Job Description
MongoDB is seeking passionate technologists to join their Pre-Sales organization. This role focuses on guiding customers to design and build scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform, ensuring that growth aligns with the customer's needs and business objectives. The role involves technical design, customer advising, sales partnership, and demand generation, leveraging expertise in areas like architecture, data engineering, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with 5 to 7 years in pre-sales
- 3+ years experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
- Experience designing with scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex architecture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to strategize with sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
