Engineering Manager - Payments

Moniepoint is a fintech company that provides an end-to-end financial ecosystem for over 10 million users. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Payments team and help us build scalable payment products and platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with deep exposure to large-scale, distributed systems
• Strong technical depth in backend architecture, distributed systems, data consistency, reliability, and scalability
• Proven experience owning or designing systems responsible for financial flows, real-time data, or mission-critical transactions
• 2-3+ years as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead with people-management responsibilities
• Experience growing and mentoring engineering teams, especially in fintech or payments
• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
