Job Description
The Call Center Representative is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for educating them about existing benefits and encouraging enrollment into the program. The selected individual will work on-site, with a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective patients and receive inbound calls from patients and providers
- Effectively communicate and sell the value of Monogram Health to increase enrollment
- Adhere to procedures, workflows, and scripts to ensure confirmation of HIPPA and Health Plan eligibility
