Job Description
Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 70 years of experience servicing the northeastern US. We're seeking a Road Service Technician to provide technical service to equipment and develop positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Prior experience in heavy construction equipment or agriculture equipment is preferred
- Strong independent work ethic but also able to work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent customer service skills; a builder of relationships
- Clear and concise communications
- A strong sense of urgency, focusing on time
- Computer skills
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record is required
- Ability to independently lift between 50-75 pounds
