Job Description
Monroe Tractor is seeking a knowledgeable Wirtgen Product Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for their Wirtgen Group equipment and Heavy Highway products. This role involves in-depth product knowledge, technical support, application expertise, and building strong customer relationships. The position requires a deep understanding of road construction, asphalt and concrete milling, and supporting sales and customer profitability.
Requirements
- Work independently
- Prior Heavy Highway Construction knowledge (Milling, Paving, etc.)
- Basic mechanical skills for setups and minor repairs
- Good understanding of local market conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
