Cellar Operator responsible for performing basic functions in the cellar with supervision, maintaining quality and safety standards, and performing various tasks related to beer production.

• Ability to demonstrate responsible and well-informed decision making
• Physical & Mental Requirements: Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to perform duties in extreme environments
