Senior Supply Manager

Join Monster Energy as the Sr Supply Manager and lead the dynamic Supply Planning Team, driving the supply chain for our finished goods and raw materials. Develop strategic vision, manage copacker and bottler relationships, and drive digital adoption.

Requirements

• Manage copacker and bottler relationship with their production and operation management team
• Production planning (long term) and scheduling (short term) for local copackers
• Digital adoption - Ensure system update, utilization, and team technical adoption in alignment with company requirements
• Manage the Supply Planning team
• Direct and control purchase orders for suppliers, including logistics (local or international) and imports process if needed
• Track and expedite purchase orders by working with vendors, US, and International logistic teams, and update the delivery dates
• Monthly inventory aging analysis for team and packaging SLOBs (slow moving and obsolete inventory). Lead mitigation plans to deplete inventory with stakeholders
