Bell/Valet Attendant

The Bellperson / Valet Attendant is responsible for greeting guests with a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• College Degree preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hotel preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Exceptional guest recovery skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude
• Dependability and availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
