Front Office Supervisor (FT)

Montage International is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to assist in managing the day-to-day operations for guest reception, guest services, reservations, and concierge. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, and 2-3 years of hotel supervisory experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in customer service
• 2-3 years of hotel supervisory experience
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera, and Outlook
• Luxury hotel experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience in using Birchstreet, HotSOS, and Rex preferred
