Requirements

• High school or equivalent education
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in a hotel or spa environment
• Working knowledge of spa services and products
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle billing
• Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English eloquently
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
